it disturbs me greatly, as to when reading through the comments, i did ponder/wonder what would happen if ‘Baby’ got thristy…

In this case, the eyes have it. The noblewoman is clearly looking at Thane when he passes by, but when Baby passes by, she’s looking past her. At that point, she’s not even registering Baby’s presence, as she’s dealing with the feeling from her new anatomy.
