If the pain is proprotionate to breast size, then the faeries with a smaller cupsize would have less to fear from being nice.

@Jakob, I think that’s just the way that Orc lady is.
The big question for me is, is the Orc lady affected by the lust part of the curse or not now? If not then Thane may have found the perfect woman for him since she obviously has the stamina to keep on going if she’s that hot now after several doses from his semen. I don’t think Thane’s curse will have him keep having boners if it ends up becoming life threatening or else he would’ve probably died when he went to that inn way back in end of his intial storyline.
Ms. Orc (Baby?) isn’t really benefiting from the curse.
Now she’s neither Orc or Human.
She’ll have to hook up with a half- witted barbarian, a wisecracking thief and a fumble thumbed Mage.
Hopefully she’ll wear knee protection.

Also, why did it take so long for the orc lady to be affected? It may have something to do with self-image, as she thought she looked just right before, but after pondering (?) she understood human’s beauty values, and now can incorporate it.
now the Orc lady is turning out great… would like to see some of her strong build back, but love the direction… you might think about her being immune to the curse, she takes him as a means to an ends… that would put her in a position to control the scenario both physically and emotionally…
