I find it hard to explain my namesake’s infatuation with Princess Heather. Sure, she has a lot to show in the curves department (for those that go for the exaggerated look) but she is also an egotistical sociopath with a nasty disposition.
My guess is that he is (I am?) a recent visitor to the castle and did not yet have a chance to acquaint himself with some of the Princess’s finer character traits.
Getting a chance to speak to Heather is bound to be a letdown.
Some guys like bad girls and she’s egotistical, but she isn’t a sociopath(The word doesn’t mean what you think it means).
Much like Aidan, he probably mainly cares that she’s pretty. And I doubt he’s new to the castle.

Prince Albert WAS an adult with an adult mind not very long ago. I suppose when the mirror’s ‘wish’ ran its course, and he reverted back to his previous childhood, he forgot everything. Hmm… I guess that means he gets to lose his virginity a second time!
