New Store Nearby

I came back home last night and there was something in my mailbox. Not email, I mean the REAL mailbox. I usually don’t open it, it’s just got junk mail and bills. I normally only open it once a month or so, throw away the spam, and shred the bills to prevent identity theft. But since I’ve been pretty bored at home, I decided to go through everything pretty diligently.

Spam. Spam. More spam. Exotic pet show. Spam. Bills…

Um… exotic pet shop?

Looks like one opened just nearby during the weekend. Maybe I’ll go have a look.

  1. Right after you’ve voiced a desire for an exotic pet? Yeah, this doesn’t reek of a trap at all…

I hope Jaycee doesn’t wind up with an animal-eared and -tailed flatmate, next.

    1. The thought has crossed my mind. If this is going to be some kind of animal-to-sexy-human scheme, maybe I really SHOULD get a cat. Or maybe a cool-looking bird. Those would make for some sexy ladies. 😛

Maybe a piranha? I don’t think a faerie would mess with a piranha without putting my life in danger, right?

      1. I wouldn’t bet on that! Besides, would you really want a piranha as a pet, let alone as a girlfriend? Best to get a pet that if things do go fairy-shaped at least it won’t be too dangerous.

        1. The problem is that any animal can be dangerous if pushed too far, and a sudden transformation into an – to it – alien form would be horribly stressful, especially if you suddenly expand its mind to heretofore unthought-of dimensions. And if it is turned into a (semi-)human, it’ll suddenly have a lot more mass and muscle to run amok with…

  2. You should reconsider a cat, Jaycee… They tend to have their own minds. Combine that with sharp claws/nails and faerie magic and I assume you are in for trouble.
