Considering that’s Patience in the background of the last panel (striped shirt), it’s really hard to say. She’s currently “confused”, but I suspect that confusion will give way to “anger” at some point.
I feel sorry for Lucky, really. He’s deeply in love with Patience, and she doesn’t feel anywhere near the same. (And he was in love with her before he knew what her chestplate was hiding!)
I believe Lurker is speaking of her breasts which were getting bigger again in the last strip, probably due to her arousal. Gallstone is also probably right about Lucky being responsible for their current size.
