Not dangling at all. She captured Sir Thane, delivered him to the whorehouse, and went on her merry way thus ending her story arc. Doesn’t mean she can’t or won’t show back up, but she finished her part of the story.
I am reminded of a blog from way back when, where Jaycee said Tinkerbell is a faerie who made the fatal mistake of revealing her True Name to someone who works for Disney.
I doubt Crystal really is Tinkerbell, but still….

Hey Jaycee, if ALL curses have been transferred, then Crystal should be back to being completely flat chested . . . was that hate curse just too powerful too tough to completely discharge?
I admit this is getting pretty old. I had thought that we might actually be getting some plot development. Instead, it’s just more “Hey, let’s screw Heather over some more.” Which, frankly, got old quite some time ago.
Unless something unexpectedly turns this arc around, I suspect I’m going to remove this from my reading list, as it just isn’t entertaining any longer. Which is sad, since the world that has been built up has such a ridiculously massive amount of raw potentional.
Actually, we got a good bit of plot development. We found out what Heather and Chrystal were like as children, how/why Aidan became a soldier, and that Chrystal is really a dying faerie. So, now it’s time to enjoy screwing Heather. 😛

What some people don’t seem to get is that Jaycee, as the author of this little story (which occasionally gets take far to seriously) knows exactly how obnoxious Chrystal is, because he is intentionally writing her that way!
I suspect Crystal was captured and compelled to become humanesque by the court wizard of her parents. They couldn’t have natural children, so had to have them magically. The drawback, that no one knew about, is that it drained the life force faster than it should, thus leading Crystal to where she is now.
I posit, anyway.
Wow. So many complaints. Guys, if it’s really gotten that tiresome for you, go do something else. Like, try to get a girlfriend, and move out of Mom and Dad’s basement. Spending your time bitching about a webcomic isn’t going to get you anywhere, because the writers have story arcs in mind. They’re not like DJ’s, taking audience requests.
