I’m such a weirdo. In a hot comic, all I can think about is how intriguing the thought is: If you were transformed into an identical copy of someone, would your old expressions be on their new face or would your expressions change?
Interesting question, though… I suppose you’d try to make your own expressions unless theirs were somehow programmed into your new form, but the new facial muscles and things would make you look different from your original standard anyway.

How many have the chance of seeing their O-face? Specially in a society and time without video recording devices (not counting mirrors or crystal balls, and there is no indication they can record, just show what is happening somewhere else at the same time, or sometimes the future, or the past)

I think it depends.
If the copy is identical then the muscles would be identical too – but the brain driving them is the original.
But, then again, we don’t really have any control over the “orgasm face”, it’s like a sneeze face – automatic.
IF you can control your orgasm face then you’re not having an orgasm (faking it).
So – I would say that there will be small variation between copy and original but not enough to say she’d look completely different.
