It’s possible that Marie was not the best looking person in her youth; it looked as though her family leans towards the heavy-set, judging from when we saw her sisters. Factor in the stress of having to work for someone who is a literal spoiled princess, and we (and she can count our stars that Thane’s beautification process seems to be permanent.
Although I’m happy that she’s happy with her new self I would have loved for to be one of those plus sized sort of bombshells. Chubby can be cute/sexy when done the right way and backed by confidence. I just hope that she retains her kind soul.
