Is that the Faerie talking through Heather saying that or Heather herself? I mainly ask since Heather doesn’t seem to question why she suddenly grabbed the maid’s breasts.
Same thing I was wondering; although making the Handmaiden cry certainly constitutes a Mean Princess, doesn’t it?
It’s Heather talking. She is a little surprised in panel 4, but she’s recovered by panel 5.
