A reader remarked in the comments section that with Heather “embracing” her inner pervert, we might be losing an important component of the comic’s main story. From being the mean, rude character who deserved all the “torturing” she got, she’s becoming “nicer” and more accepting.
It’s a fair concern, too. Heather is the character we all love to hate; we all know a few Heathers and it’s nice to see them get what they deserve through our proxy princess. It has, however, been five years since I begun “beating up” on poor Heather, and I felt it was time for her to grow up a little. So moving forward, we’re going to have a slightly “better” Princess Heather, but that doesn’t mean she’s lost her edge or her temper. She just admits liking sex now. Mix this up with one or two faeries, and there’s still plenty of potential to play with some humans.
So please stay tuned, I’m hoping you’ll like where this is going.

It was a fair concern. To be perfectly honest, I like writing myself in a corner from time to time, it stimulates creativity and takes the story in a direction I might not have expected otherwise…
