I’m kind of surprised she didn’t at least question if that was her brother at first since he does look like an older version of him. Then again, he is a pervy little tyke that annoys the crap out of her all the time when he is with her so I can see her trying to avoid him most of the time.

It’s your imagination, or perhaps just a trick because of the different angles & ways she’s interacting with them. They’re not discretly growing, if that’s what you’re asking.
I think mostly it’s a trick of perspective (and possibly a bit of artist error, they aren’t perfect y’know, not even Wondollar). Panel 1 is a longer shot, so everything looks a little smaller, in Panels 2&3 the added cloth of the dress only Heather sees makes the girls seem even bigger, and of course in Panel 4 she’s hoisting them up about six inches in order to cross her arms under them making them more prominent.

I wasn’t really being serious about them being bigger. I’d come to the same conclusion as you, that seeing them apparently clothed makes them look bigger, especially as they give the impression of being about to burst free.

it’s not the dress that only heather sees, it was the robe covering her so she could attempt to get through the castle unnoticed. the dress has it’s own rules that were detailed a few strips ago.
i thought the old little guy and his wife with the two cooks after the little fairy potion were the parents from heather and albert.
but the qestion remains who is the woman/girl that is coming.

What drives any decision is whether the characters would do what I have in mind, and does what I have in mind feel sexy to me. If the answer to both these questions is yes, then it’s likely to happen. If it’s no to one or both questions, then it’s much less likely. That’s the basic “math” at work here…

The combo of crown, red hair, and purple outfit should be a dead giveaway. Heather’s probably not paying attention. Also, this was a bit of a tricky situation. If Heather had just gone “Hey, Albert, s’up?” I’m willing to bet a large number of reader would have gone “How is she NOT puzzled that he’s grown up so much since last time they saw each other?” It’s one of those conundrums where you’re damned either way.
I do think she could’ve recognized him as her brother but say his name in a more questioning manner since she would have a bit of a hard time believing her brother is older now.
Wait, hang on, something’s screwy here. Shouldn’t Heather see herself in the cloak, and not in the pink dress? I was under the impression that the cloak made you look fully clothed to yourself, but made everyone else see you in a bikini. So if Albert sees her in the bikini, she should be seeing herself in the cloak still… right?
She’s not wearing the cloak right now. When someone looks at her, they (and WE) see the skimpy outfit. When they don’t, we only see her “normal” dress.
